How long will it be from purchase to
setup?
As soon as funds have
cleared, we will set up your portal. There may be a 2 or 3 day delay
whilst your domain name is finalised, however, this does not stop you from
entering content through your administrative interface.
What if my town isn't
listed?
Talk to us. We have many towns available and are
putting them online as needed. If you require a town and it is available,
you have the option of purchasing it. If you are a visitor and your town
is not listed, don't worry, we will get to you. If there is high demand
for your town, we will put it online sooner. If there is high demand for
your town and it is not currently listed, then why not purchase the
franchise?
Can I customise my portal?
Yes.
You can customise the colours and even your pricing structure. You will also be
able to enter your own content for many of the areas. We will be looking at more
customisation features in the future.
How do I get visitors to my
portal?
This will be in your marketing plan. We will give you ideas
for lo-cost and free promotion in our portal management document, however, local
promotion is still down to you. At a national level, we will publicise the
franchise where we can which should bring visitors to you.
Do you provide help with financing the
franchise?
We are currently investigating the possibility of a loan
company to provide you with finance, should you need it. However, your first
port of call should be your own bank, where they will be able to offer you
business advice as well.
Can I check the adverts and
content placed on my portal?
Yes. We have built an interface
for you to check and moderate the adverts and content.
